This year, IM2 will organize a technology transfer event in collaboration with the ICC’2013 – International Create Challenge. The event will take place at the Idiap Research Institute in Martigny on September 23, 2013.

Practical information
By car
From Geneva, take the highway to Lausanne. In Lausanne, take highway direction Gd-St-Bernard/Martigny. Take the exit Martigny–Fully and at the first roundabout take the 3rd exit and go in the direction of Centre du Parc. Rue Marconi is the 2nd street on your right and you will see that Idiap is on the lefthand side of the street. There are visitor parking places in front of the building that can be used.
By train
Arriving in Geneva-Airport, the train station is within premises the airport and there are direct train connections to Martigny usually every 30 minutes. The trip will last approx. 1h45. For timetable details, see the Swiss federal railways: http://www.sbb.ch/en
On foot from Martigny train station to Idiap
Idiap/Centre du Parc is accessed very easily from the train station (5-10 mn). From the under rail tunnel just follow the sign Centre du Parc bringing you to the back of the train station (opposite of the city center). Following this sign, you will reach Idiap in a nice easy (out of traffic) walk and you will quickly see the building from a distance.
